Simply because we can get so many things done when the world is sleeping. No distractions at all. It’s the perfect quietude moment to focus on your priorities for the day, reflect on your life or anything that is important to you.

Exercising in the morning will make sure you do not miss your workout and sets you up for an untiring day at work. More focus, fresh and active. You can work out in the afternoon after work but if you do it in the morning you are sure not to miss any afternoon plans with friends or family.
Morning hours are the best to study on a particular subject. After you exercise your brain will release endorphins. You will have superb mental awareness and processing. As a result, the brain will process information quickly. You should study on the subject that you want to master each morning after your workout. This method has benefitted the best performers in the world.
Schedule all the tasks that you need to do for the day, starting with the most important ones. We are more productive, creative and enthusiastic in the morning, endorphins released in the body while we exercise still have lasting effects few hours after your workout. In the evening we start feeling tired, sleepy and we have less focus, which makes us more vulnerable to procrastinate. Always do your most important task first thing in the morning.
