My 5 Morning Rituals & Routines To Be More Productive, Happy and Healthy

Gratitude
Every day when you wake up you have to say thank you to the universe or god, whatever you believe in. Just say thank you that you are still alive. Many people around the world when they go to sleep they don’t wake up the next day. So you have to be grateful that you have a roof over your head, food to eat, clean water to drink, people who love you, that you have a job, that you are in good health. The key to getting more in your life is to be grateful for what you already have.

Exercise
Every day I exercise and this boosts me, shake me up, all my systems turn on. Endorphins are released in your brain which makes you feel happy. You feel more energised, productive and you are staying in a good mood whole day. This will make your day much better.

Learn
When you finish your exercises, you learn. Put something positive in your mind. Do not read the newspaper, that a really bad thing. Newspapers have mostly negative news. You don’t need to read the newspaper or television. if the news is really important someone will come and tell you about it. Read something inspirational, something positive or you can learn about your craft. If you are working on some project, you have some potential and some skills that you want to improve, learn the skills!
You have to do this just after exercising as your brain will be more active and receptive to information. You don’t have to learn for 5 hours, 30 minutes is enough.

Plan
Do not go into the day blindly. If you have many tasks to work on, the most important task should be 1st on your list. People who don’t plan they just go through the day blindly, they don’t produce anything and they procrastinate a lot. So plan your day, it’s better and you won’t miss any task that you have.

Affirmations
It’s kind of something that will empower you, it will give you power. It will boost your shield and its empowering. Affirmation is a self-speech, so let me give you an example, look at yourself in the mirror and say to yourself “today is going to be the best day of my life, I am a lion today, nothing is going to stop me, no one is going to stop, am too powerful, too sophisticated, too influential, am the greatest person that exist on this planet. You get an idea of what am saying. These positive words that you affirm to yourself, with time you will feel a major difference in how you feel, how you behave and how people look at you because when you finish your affirmations you feel so strong, you feel so powerful. Nothing and no one is really going to stop you.
