When you are not active you tend to run out of this chemical. So, when you feel sad or in a bad mood just do some physical activity which will release Dopamine into your brain.

2. Physical Activity Reduces Stress

As part of life, 7 out of ten adults say they experience stress or anxiety on a daily basis. And this interferes with their lives.

The American Psychological Association surveyed people in 2008, more people reported physical and emotional symptoms of stress than they did in 2007 when the same survey was made. Half of them reported an increase in only a year.

Scientific study has found that when you do regular exercises it decreases overall levels of tension, make a positive impact on your mood, you sleep better, and your self-esteem is improved.

Even five minutes of physical activity will stimulate anti-anxiety effects in your system. Bottom line is this will make you a happier person.

We all have down days, the days you really don’t want to do anything. You just feel like nothing is worth it. You even feel lazy to get out of bed in the morning. Studies have shown that when you feel exhausted from a long day at work or even early in the morning.

Even the most motivated people lack motivation sometimes. Motivation allows you to create the future you’ve always wanted. If you are feeling a lack of motivation let’s get you some. Below are 5 ways to have more motivation.

1.Have a clear vision.
Have a clear vision on where you wish to arrive then you will surely have a strong motivation. If you love your vision and you are willing to work hard to get there, you won’t need any motivation because you have a clear vision in your mind.

If you don’t have a clear vision, just take a moment and imagine what your ideal life would look like. Visualize it with as many details as you can. There is no right or wrong, all that matters are just that your vision motivates you. At the end of your precious life, all that will matter is who did you become.

2. Why you want it?
The stronger your why is, the more motivated you will be. Your “why” is your purpose. Your why is what makes you get up at 5 am in the morning. For example, your “why” can be to build a multi-million-dollar business.

To become the healthiest person. To build a school for poor children or it could be to have financial freedom in life. Whatever your reasons are, they will pull you towards your goals. Your “why” will motivate you in many ways.

3.Growth Mindset.
The world is changing every single minute and the single best investment you can make in this never ending changing world is, investing in yourself. Invest in lifelong learning.

Read books, watch videos of people who are already living the life you want to live. Listen to podcasts. Be curious about your desired topic. These traits if you adopt them, will motivate you and make things happen.

4.Find a Mentor.
I have said this, again and again, surround yourself with people who are living on higher standards than you. Who you surround yourself with is who you become. Be really careful with who you spend most of your time with.

When you connect with people living great lives, you will learn from them and in most cases, you will adopt their way of thinking. You will begin to adopt their habits and behaviors. They will also keep you motivated and accountable and push you in the right direction.

5.Love the Journey.
You must understand how to shift your focus on the journey instead of focusing on the final destination. Of course, you should see clearly your destination but, the journey is what makes it fulfilling.

To attain a certain level, you need to love the process. All great things take time and you should make it step by step. A good life is a process, not a destination. When you fail, get back up stronger, that is where the magic happens.

If you want to be in great shape find someone who has the results you want for your body and learns from them. If you want to have a multi-million-dollar business, find some who already achieved that and associate yourself with that person. Apply this strategy to any area of life you wish to invest in. I personally have mentors for each area of my life. They do so by books, virtual or in person, it doesn’t matter as long as you are consuming their experience, information, and values.

In this information age, there are many ways to invest in yourself. The list above is a great way to start though. When you invest in yourself you will see things you never imagined happen for you. A world of opportunities will open up. You will become emotionally, physically, spiritually and financially the best version of yourself. This is a never ending process that will make you one of the greatest person on the planet.

You have 100 emails every day, you go to the store and there are 200 types of shampoo to choose from and of course, we have Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter. All the little bling bling in our lives are preventing us to be productive in the things we are great at. How many times have you put off things you needed to do for something less meaningful? And am sure you regretted it later.

These things make it more important to become a Master of Time. Many people when they get home, instead of starting their project or focusing on their dream plan, they are checking their emails, Facebook or watching meaning fewer TV shows on Netflix or Amazon Prime. Tell me one thing, has any movie or TV shows contributed to your future? You are just watching other people being successful in their lives. These distractions give us the feeling of being busy but it’s just time wasted.

I order you right now to shift your complex life to a simple one by focusing only on the things that matter. If something is not contributing to your future, you should disregard it. WHY TIME IS PRECIOUS


Time is something that runs out eventually whether we like it or not. Even if you are the richest or the poorest man on the planet, time will catch up with you. No one and nothing can beat time, it never stops!

You might think that you have plenty of time left to do what you want to do while you are alive but let’s see the numbers. The average human life is 80 years, this is only 959 months, which is only 29,200 days, which is only 700800 hours, which is only 42048000 in minutes, which is 2522880000 in seconds.

Yes, in these numbers are your lifespan. Those 2522880000 seconds is your life and it can be shorter than this, to be frank. Time is running out as you are reading this article and you will never get it back.

From my experience, you should spend your precious time very wisely. It can be on the thing you love doing the most, spend quality time with your loved ones, creating the life you desire or make your time here on earth an unforgettable one.

Whatever you choose to spend your time on. Be sure it is worth it and it makes you happy and fulfils your heart and soul. Many people I have witness use most of their precious time dwelling on the past.

Life is about growing and see what we can become. You should use your past as a school and use it to make a better future for yourself. Past mistakes and past failures are what makes you a better version of
yourself.

I have had some good experiences and some painful ones, and I am grateful for them because it made me who I am today. All these things made me realize that our time here is short, all that will count at the end of your life is how many lives you changed and the love you gave.

Do not make the mistake of living a life of regrets for the love you didn’t give or the things you didn’t do. Use your time here wisely as from now on and focus on the future. Make your time on earth be epic.

It is the easiest thing in the world. Lots of people are doing it as it is becoming more and more popular. People are getting amazing results from it and if you are bold enough to try it you will see great results in your overall health. Intermittent fasting is a habit of eating.

There is no restriction to what you are eating or how much you are eating but, it’s more about how you eat. It is basically dividing your time into two windows. You have a fasting window where you don’t consume any calories for an amount of time and you have windows where you can eat anything for an amount of time.

There are many types of intermittent fasting windows that exist and I encourage you to do some research and find one that suits your lifestyle and also that suit your health.
