Many people invest in courses, training, attend seminars and they want to be successful but at the end of their lives, they did not achieve anything.

I found out that the reason most people fail to achieve their set objectives is that they spend most of their time in pastime rather than a profession.

I know that on TV, Magazines, advertisements they all market “Quick Fixes” for everything because the truth simply doesn’t sell.

Since we have received this message so often we now want the magic pill for every problem we have. But you have to remove this idea in your mind because it does not exist.

But what do you do if the problem persists?

Then, I think the only way to make your pc work faster is to reinstall the operating system too and after, those other applications that you will need to get your work done.

The same thing applies to us humans. Our brain is our operating system and what sometimes slow us down are our beliefs or our “applications” if you like.

Why you Should be a Student and not a Follower

There are tons of books, documentaries, ideas, gurus, religions and cultures out there. If you buy a book on nutrition and it says eat an apple a day.

Then you buy another book that says an apple a day will not do any good. Which instruction will you follow?

The idea here is to read both books and make up your own conclusion. The same thing applies to every guru, books, religions out there… Listen, learn and make your own conclusion.

Be a student, not a follower simply because being a follower close your mind to learning new things.

You think you know it all…. That’s impossible and no one will never know it all. We have some answers not all. The 3 most dangerous words are ‘I know that’.

These 3 words mean that you have closed your mind to new ideas, learning and improving yourself.

When you learn something for the first time it might not make any sense, the second time it might make a little sense and the third time it makes absolute sense.

Repetition is the mother of any skill you wish to master. So, always be a student, not a follower. That’s how you become brilliant.

It is the easiest thing in the world. Lots of people are doing it as it is becoming more and more popular. People are getting amazing results from it and if you are bold enough to try it you will see great results in your overall health. Intermittent fasting is a habit of eating.

There is no restriction to what you are eating or how much you are eating but, it’s more about how you eat. It is basically dividing your time into two windows. You have a fasting window where you don’t consume any calories for an amount of time and you have windows where you can eat anything for an amount of time.

There are many types of intermittent fasting windows that exist and I encourage you to do some research and find one that suits your lifestyle and also that suit your health. I also recommend that you are healthy and fit to start intermittent fasting. If you are not sure then I recommend getting advice from a nutritionist to find out more.
