Law of Attraction Explained – How it Really Works!

Law of Attraction Explained – How it Really Works!

The law of attraction is based on the principle that “like attracts like.” The law of attraction is always working just like the law of gravity, when you drop something it will always go down, it will never go up.

This secret has been passed on for generations throughout the world but very few people actually applying it. The ones who did apply this law became very successful in whatever they wanted to manifest in their lives. And so can you.

I first heard it in “The Strangest Secret by Earl Nightingale”. He said that “We become what we think about” and from my experience it is very much true.

So, if you think positive thoughts you will get positive results and if you think negative thoughts you will get negative results. The thoughts you carry in your mind will come real for you whether it’s a good thought or a bad one. Continue reading “Law of Attraction Explained – How it Really Works!”

Time is all we have and yet most people act as if they have all the time in the world. Most people do not use their time very well. Whether your life is a great life or your business is a great business or a poor life or mediocre business. It is all the results of how you have use your time until now.

From now on you should make it your mission to manage your time every day without any excuse. As you know very well we live in a time of distractions. Technology is dominating our days, there are notifications everywhere we go, all medias want our attention day and night 24/7. The 2 most common focus killer that put us off our game are distractions and interruptions.

You have 100 emails every day, you go to the store and there are 200 types of shampoo to choose from and of course, we have Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter. All the little bling bling in our lives are preventing us to be productive in the things we are great at. How many times have you put off things you needed to do for something less meaningful? And am sure you regretted it later.

These things make it more important to become a Master of Time. Many people when they get home, instead of starting their project or focusing on their dream plan, they are checking their emails, Facebook or watching meaning fewer TV shows on Netflix or Amazon Prime. Tell me one thing, has any movie or TV shows contributed to your future? You are just watching other people being successful in their lives. These distractions give us the feeling of being busy but it’s just time wasted.

I order you right now to shift your complex life to a simple one by focusing only on the things that matter. If something is not contributing to your future, you should disregard it. Instead of having many friends, have a few great friends. Instead of having 10 social profiles, have just 2 or 3. Starting now on, shift your life from complex to simple and you will feel much better I promise.

WHY TIME IS PRECIOUS

Time is something that runs out eventually whether we like it or not. Even if you are the richest or the poorest man on the planet, time will catch up with you. No one and nothing can beat time, it never stops!

You might think that you have plenty of time left to do what you want to do while you are alive but let’s see the numbers. The average human life is 80 years, this is only 959 months, which is only 29,200 days, which is only 700800 hours, which is only 42048000 in minutes, which is 2522880000 in seconds.

Yes, in these numbers are your lifespan. Those 2522880000 seconds is your life and it can be shorter than this, to be frank. Time is running out as you are reading this article and you will never get it back.

From my experience, you should spend your precious time very wisely. It can be on the thing you love doing the most, spend quality time with your loved ones, creating the life you desire or make your time here on earth an unforgettable one.

Whatever you choose to spend your time on. Be sure it is worth it and it makes you happy and fulfils your heart and soul. Many people I have witness use most of their precious time dwelling on the past.

Life is about growing and see what we can become. You should use your past as a school and use it to make a better future for yourself. Past mistakes and past failures are what makes you a better version of
yourself.

I have had some good experiences and some painful ones, and I am grateful for them because it made me who I am today. All these things made me realize that our time here is short, all that will count at the end of your life is how many lives you changed and the love you gave.

Do not make the mistake of living a life of regrets for the love you didn’t give or the things you didn’t do. Use your time here wisely as from now on and focus on the future. Make your time on earth be epic.

THE 4 DRIVERS OF TRANSFORMATION

transformation

1.  Your Thoughts

The Way you live your life is a direct exhibition of how your mind works. It’s no secret that we never really give much thought to how much our mindset is displayed through our lifestyle every day. The way we carry our moral conduct may not be a visible effect of our thinking but it sure does reflect our thoughts in a very prominent manner.

Judgements are hard to ignore, a person can easily be first judged by their way of life. It is crucial to understand that we must not let our positive thinking be overshadowed by our negative traits in our daily life hence only carrying out things that make a proper impression. Implementing your thinking also helps practice it which strengthens the areas of a thought process you’re putting to practical use.

2. Your Feelings

If you wish to attain positive results, it is important to have a similar attitude. The way you feel will determine the outcome of your efforts and your future success. It is proven by psychologists that having a like-minded attitude towards your work or whatever you are trying to achieve boosts morale and hence keeps you determined and motivated throughout or at least for a long time to actually put strength into achieving your goals.

It is necessary to keep encouraging yourself up not fret over small defeats as total success cannot be achieved by victory throughout. A person who understands this peaks survival during a struggle. Continue reading “THE 4 DRIVERS OF TRANSFORMATION”

THE 5 DEADLY POISONOUS HABITS

Michael Josephson, the founder of Institute of Ethics argues that toxic behaviours and relationships not only make us unhappy; they corrupt our attitudes and dispositions in ways that undermine healthier relationships and prevent us from realising how much better things can be.

There are certain habits that we subconsciously perform in our daily lives and don’t give much thought to the larger impact of these activities. If these behaviours are consistent in our lives, then it leads to a very dysfunctional lifestyle with toxic relationships and ineffective attitudes.

Here’s a list of 5 deadly, poisonous behaviours that we indulge with in our day-to-day lives but don’t notice them:

COMPLAINING

While making sure your problems are heard and voicing your concerns over any form of unfair treatment is healthy and avoids people taking you for granted, complaining if done unnecessarily and constantly, can become very poisonous. Continue reading “THE 5 DEADLY POISONOUS HABITS”

Knowledge is Power?

knowledge is power

So often we hear that knowledge is power. Well, it’s not! Knowledge is only information and it becomes real power only when it is acted upon. What is the difference between a person who cannot go for a jog and a person who can but does not go for a jog? No difference here. The real power is not knowledge alone, it is wisdom. Just like all the muscles in our bodies, the brain needs to be stretched and will function on how much we exercise it.

Athletes are a great example of this. How can an athlete compete without practising relentlessly what he learned? Any type of learning is great but it will not matter at all if you don’t apply and take action on what you have learned. We all know that smoking kills slowly but surely, are you going to stop smoking right now? That is knowledge not being used and it will kill you in a few years if you don’t act.

If you are not happy with your job, relationships or any other area of your life and you know you have to make the change to be able to be happy again. Are you taking a step towards self-improvement? If you are not, then you are not applying what you know you should do.

The more I know the more I realise I don’t know. The more I know, the more I can become overwhelmed with choices and the actions that are necessary. When added up, they seem impossible. I’ve found it’s important to keep in mind that any action of applying knowledge is a step towards progress. Progress is small steps added up to create big change.

Do You Have the Right Attitude?

There was a man who made his living selling balloons at a fair. He had all colours of balloons Including red, yellow, green. Whenever business was slow, he would release helium-filled balloons into the air and when the children saw it go up, they all wanted to buy one.

They would come up to him, buy a balloon and his sales would go up again. He continues this process all day. One day, he felt something tugging his jacket. He turned around and saw a little boy who asked,” If you release a black balloon, would that also fly?” Moved by the boy’s concern, the man replied with empathy.” Son, it is not the Colour of the balloon, it is what inside that makes it go up.”

The same thing applies to our lives. It is what is inside that counts. The thing inside of us that makes it go up is our attitude. In short, attitude is the way we think, feel and react to the things happening around us. According to studies, our attitude is the most important thing when we need a job or a promotion. Yes, surprisingly intelligence and knowledge come only in second place when it comes to this.

We need a good attitude towards all areas of life, including personal and professional. Can an athlete be a good athlete without a good attitude? Can a CEO be a good CEO without a good attitude? Can parents, students, employees or even teachers be good in their roles without a good attitude?

Regardless of your field of expertise, the foundation of success is the attitude.

If attitude is so important in your life, shouldn’t you analyse it and see if your attitude is contributing to your progress or downfall? Your attitude will determine how you look at failure and success. A positive thinker will see failure as part of success and on the other hand, a negative thinker will see it as an excuse to give it all up. So, which one are you?

Once a man interviewed CEO’s all around the world and asked them if they would change anything in their workforce what would it be. They all replied “Attitude”. They would do so by investing in their most valuable asset which is people. The simple reason why some businesses are more effective than others is because they think and act more effectively.

Professional Vs. Amateur

professional vs amateur

To become a pro is a disciplined process. Amateur people has a bad view of looking at successful people by thinking that they took some magic pill or they were lucky to be where they are right now whether in sports or life in general. They think that they can become a pro in one or two weeks but that’s not the case.

If you want to be a pro at anything in life and master that specific thing you have to have patience. You will fail many times is the process before becoming a master at it, the price of discipline is big. Most people do not have patience give up while still being an amateur that’s why we have more amateur than professionals.

” As an inventor, Thomas Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. When a reporter asked, “How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?” Edison replied, “I didn’t fail 1,000 times. The lightbulb was an invention with 1,000 steps.”

So, to become a professional at anything you need to go through a lot of failures, the more you fail the closer you are to becoming a professional at it.

Some Qualities of Both:

Amateur procrastinates / Professional take action.

Amateur want instant success / Professional concentrate on improving each day.

Amateur practice enough / Professional practice relentlessly.

Amateur thinks Sprint / Professional think Marathon.

Amateur fear failure / Professional wants to fail more.

Amateur want attention / Professional want to be remembered.

Always Stay Great.
