Simply because we can get so many things done when the world is sleeping. No distractions at all. Every day when you wake up you have to say thank you to the universe or god, whatever you believe in. Just say thank you that you are still alive. Many people around the world when they go to sleep they don’t wake up the next day. So you have to be grateful that you have a roof over your head, food to eat, clean water to drink, people who love you, that you have a job, that you are in good health. The key to getting more in your life is to be grateful for what you already have.
Every day I exercise and this boosts me, shake me up, all my systems turn on. Endorphins are released in your brain which makes you feel happy.
